Meet the Founder
Binub Mohanan is the founder and business development manager of FM Kottarakkara, the Malayalam radio that rocks. He is also the founder of Ateastend (Branding and Marketing agency), a company that offers creative solutions for web development, digital marketing, e-commerce and more.
Binub was born on August 22, 1988 in Kottarakkara, a town in Kollam district of Kerala. He has a supportive family with his father Mohanan, mother Vijaya Nirmala, sister Bini Mohanan and wife Namitha Nandan. He finished his schooling from St George VHSS Chowalloor and followed his passion for computer science by earning a Bachelor of Computer Applications from Mangalore University and a Diploma in Computer Science Engineering from Institute of Electronics Telecommunication Engineers(IETE), New Delhi .
He acquired valuable experience and skills in various fields such as software development, sales and marketing, logistics ,customer service and hospitality services .
Binub always had a vision of starting his own business and creating something unique and impactful. He launched FM Kottarakkara in June 2020 with an aim of providing an amazing Malayalam web radio that broadcasts hot topics and popular music. He also launched Ateastend (branding & Marketing agency )in the same year with a goal of delivering cutting-edge solutions for online businesses. He leads both the companies with commitment, innovation and excellence.
Binub is not only a prosperous entrepreneur but also a socially conscious citizen. He is actively engaged in politics and social work. He has worked with Youth Congress Party and UDF Party in Kareepra, Kerala. He has also worked with youth movement of SNDP in Kottarakkara, Kerala. He believes in serving the society and making a positive difference.
